The Position

• Supervise catering operations at Olympic Dam site
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and company procedures
• Manage and lead a team of utility staff to deliver high-quality service
• Oversee stock control, ordering, and kitchen administration
• Maintain accurate records and reporting using computer systems

The Person

• Previous experience as a Catering Supervisor or similar leadership role
• Strong knowledge of food safety and HACCP principles
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Competent in computer systems and reporting tools
• Must hold valid driver’s licence
• Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol screening
