The Position:

• Chef - Design hearty menus, manage stock, and lead a positive kitchen crew
• Cook - Prep, cook, and plate up delicious, high-volume meals for hungry crowds
• Catering Assistant - Keep the kitchen moving—prep veggies, serve guests, and maintain a spotless space

The Person:

• Must be able to obtain or hold a current Working with Children Check
• A genuine passion for great food and delivering outstanding customer service every time
• Exceptional communication skills paired with a professional, well-groomed appearance
• Driven, adaptable, and able to juggle tasks with ease in a fast-paced environment
• Confident working independently and taking initiative without constant supervision
• Chef - Minimum Cert 3 Commercial Cookery qualification
• Understanding of allergen management
