THE POSITION

• Plan, supervise, and monitor food production for daily service, as well as a variety of functions
• Maintain effective customer and client relationships
• Mentor and support your team, and provide training for new staff as required
• Maintain focus on Food and People safety

THE PERSON

• Current Working with childrens check, or ability to obtain
• Experience leading and directing a team to present high quality food and beverages
• Excellent written & verbal communication skills
• Strong computer literacy
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
