THE POSITION

• Produce buffet style breakfast options
• Food preparation
• Customer service and point of sale
• Always uphold the fantastic customer focus, responding to feedback positively and proactively
• Cleaning, temperature recording and allergy recording 

THE PERSON

• Hospitality experience in similar role
• Food preparation for bulk with breakfast buffet experience
• 1-2 years of experience in comparable environment 
• Talent and drive to work under pressure, unsupervised and to tight deadlines
• Excellent knowledge of all kitchen procedures and operations
• Passion for understanding WHS, Food Safety & HACCP regulations
