Evening Catering and Beverage Attendant

$27 per hour + 25% casual loading

Restaurant Associates are a team of world class hospitality and fine-cuisine professionals, delivering contemporary food solutions and service across leading corporations and iconic venues across Australia.

 THE POSITION

• Standard Hours TUES/WEDS/THUS 2:30pm-9pm
• More hours available to the right candidate
• Reheating and serving meals for an evening service from a hot Baine-Marie
• Ensuring food is presented well and knows how to make quality control checks 
• Provide friendly, welcoming service, take orders, and ensure customer satisfaction
• Adhering to strict Food Safety Protocols and confidently managing Food Safety Paperwork
• Working with a small team so must be able to communicate and escalate to manager
• Barista prepared coffee (minimal volume)

THE PERSON 

• Good communication skills
• Great work ethic with flexibility and willingness to multi-task 
• Experienced in working on your own or in a small team
• Minimum 1 year with previous Catering Assistant / worked in a kitchen/ has done food preparation
• Minimum 3 years' experience in similar service environment
• Experience with barista made coffee desired but not essential
• Be reliable, well-organised and full of passion for what you do
