Corporate Hospitality Manager

Salary: $90,000 - $95,000 per year plus superannuation (Depending on experience)

Due to business growth, we are excited to announce we are on the search for a Corporate Hospitality Manager on a Full-time basis, in Brisbane CBD!

You will be leading a small close-knit team at our global accounting, tax and advisory firm! You will thrive on client and customer interaction, getting the best out of your team and exceeding our client’s expectations. Flawless service standards and exceptional management skills is key in this role: 

The position: 

  • Stakeholder management and client engagement
  • Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives
  • Ensuring daily operations run seamlessly while delivering high service standards
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes
  • Developing leadership and employee capability, and foster a high-performance culture through continuous improvement and innovation

The Person:

  • Demonstrated experience at management level with a background in culinary
  • A diploma in hospitality or business management
  • Experience in a comparable environment or within a multi-site catering environment
  • Ability to connect with key stakeholders and deliver superior service levels
  • Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
