THE POSITION:

Cleaning Supervisor:

  • Supervise and allocate tasks to cleaning staff during shifts
  • Oversee safe and efficient cleaning activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Provide hands-on support and assist with cleaning tasks as required (e.g., stain removal, surface cleaning, waste removal)
  • Manage rosters and assist with scheduling as needed
  • Train, mentor, and coordinate staff; support team development and cooperation
  • Conduct quality checks and ensure contractual cleaning standards are met
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and management
  • Address and resolve conflict situations within the team
  • Maintain high standards of personal and team presentation
  • Promote and maintain a strong safety culture, ensuring all staff follow HSEQ (Health, Safety, Environment, Quality) procedures
  • Identify and report hazards, incidents, and opportunities for improvement immediately
  • Plan for safe and efficient cleaning activities, including hazard and risk assessments
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental policies and documentation
  • Perform other duties as required by the Supervisor or Manager

Administration Supervisor:

  • Recording meeting minutes and maintaining administrative records
  • Preparing timesheets, rosters, and schedules
  • Placing flight bookings and managing travel arrangements
  • Preparing and distributing regular and ad hoc reports
  • Assisting with company communications (e.g., noticeboards)
  • Ordering office stationery and equipment
  • Completing billing procedures, processing receipts, and petty cash
  • Preparing banking documents and reconciling invoices
  • Managing month-end financial procedures
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Maintaining professional presentation and working collaboratively in a team
  • Providing quality customer service and drafting correspondence
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards
  • Reporting incidents and hazards promptly and following safe manual handling practices
  • Performing other duties as required by a supervisor or manager

Catering Supervisor:

  • Supervise and support catering staff to ensure high standards in food production and service.
  • Allocate tasks, manage rosters, and assist with training and team development.
  • Deliver friendly, professional customer service and resolve or escalate complaints as needed.
  • Maintain clean and safe dining and kitchen areas and ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations.
  • Assist with food preparation, stock rotation, and cash handling as required.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and management and follow all company policies and procedures.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and report hazards or incidents promptly

Team Lead Roles:

A Team Leader in Catering, Administration, and Cleaning is responsible for supervising daily operations and supporting their teams to deliver high-quality service. In Catering, this includes overseeing food production, ensuring food safety, and providing excellent customer service.

In Administration, the Team Leader coordinates administrative tasks, manages records, and ensures smooth communication across the site.

For Cleaning, the role involves allocating tasks, maintaining cleanliness standards, and ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols. Across all areas, Team Leaders are expected to train and mentor staff, manage rosters, resolve issues as they arise, and foster a positive, collaborative team culture while upholding company policies and safety standards.
