In this role, you will support the management of Profit & Loss statements, contribute to accurate month-end reporting, and assist with client billing and financial reports. Responsibilities also include balance sheet reconciliations, site audits, and providing input into budgeting and forecasting processes.
The position helps ensure contract compliance, supports internal and external stakeholders, and contributes to process improvements and operational efficiency.
Main Responsibilities:
- Take charge of end-to-end preparation and management of P&Ls
- Lead accurate and timely month-end reporting, complete with performance insights
- Deliver exceptional client reporting and billing services
- Conduct detailed balance sheet reconciliations and site audits
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and in-depth commercial analysis
- Ensure contract compliance and provide stakeholder support
- Identify and implement opportunities to improve processes and drive efficiencies
- Tackle exciting project work and contribute to innovation
The Person
You're a driven, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Your toolkit includes:
- Strong financial acumen and a knack for commercial accounting
- Accounting degree (or in progress) and relevant business experience
- 2+ years of previous experience in business, hospitality, or facilities services environment, highly regarded
- Analytical, technical, and Excel skills that make you a standout performer
- A “can-do” attitude with stellar communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Passion for delivering results and improving portfolio performance
Please note that this role will be based in our Sydney office. North Sydney area, Mitchell Street, McMahons Point NSW 2060.
