Key Account Manager - Sydney 
$120,000 + 12% Super

This position would be a great next chapter for a highly skilled culinary operator looking at taking the next step in their hospitality career.

THE POSITION

  • An all year round operation - overseeing 10 locations statewide looking after School camps, Corporate Functions and Events.
  • Firmly making your mark on the business; building and leveraging positive customer and client relationships to achieve our partnership objectives.
  • Communicate and work collaboratively with the client on all aspects of delivering a quality service to achieve mutually rewarding outcomes.
  • Stay ahead of culinary trends and introduce new ideas and concepts that enhance the client’s experience.
  • People Management: Inspire your team with timely feedback and foster a high-performance culture that drives the account forward.
  • Lead a high performing team across service excellence.

THE PERSON

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in an account or relationship management role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Outgoing, creative and a bold thinker with an eye for details and strong organisational skills.
  • Hospitality and service is engrained in your DNA with experience in creating and delivering high profile events
  • Love creating memorable experiences through food
  • A real passionate foodie with a flair for innovation and presentation
  • Qualifications in hospitality with business management preferred
  • Sound commercial knowledge and knows how to identify and deliver on growth opportunities
  • Proactive leader who is professional, positive, supportive, and motivated, with experience in recruiting, mentoring, training and developing a team of hospitality professionals
