The Position

  • South Melbourne location
  • Monday - Friday ( Full time)
  • This is a pivotal role to provide a customer-centric level of service to the Client’s organisation.
  • Assist with the management & coordination of all maintenance works, suppliers, sub-contractors & trade persons on site
  • Oversee security and maintenance of premises, equipment, and stock
  • Compilation of all daily, weekly, and monthly audits, inspections & reports, and address all areas in a timely and efficient manner with detailed responses to all Client requests and actions.
  • To maintain a sound understanding of all contractual obligations
  • To ensure the Client premises maintains a high-level maintenance and appearance.
  • Great communication skills
  • Physically fit and reliable

The Person

  • Experience in a similar role - working in a commercial cleaning environment OR Facilities type role
  • Experience in the provision of superior customer service
  • Experience in supervisory or above level roles in an operational/customer service function
  • Physically fit, fun and able
  • Good communication skills with a flexible approach
  • Complete a functional medical with drug and alcohol test
  • Build and maintain effective and strong relationships with clients, visitors, staff and colleagues
  • Ability to self manage, work cooperatively and collaboratively with others and have a flexible approach to function effectively under pressure
  • Energetic, passionate and leads by example
