We are seeking an internal talent to join our team as a Retail Operations Specialist, supporting the execution of our national retail strategy and helping transform how we deliver value to customers across our network.

This role plays a pivotal part in bridging the gap between head office strategy and front-line delivery. As a Retail Operations Specialist, you’ll be a key enabler of growth, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence. Your insights will help shape the way we work and deliver value, and your impact will be felt across the business.

You’ll work closely with site teams, cross-functional departments, and the National Manager – Retail to bring our retail vision to life, from product launches and promotions to store mobilisations and improving customer experience.

Main responsibilities:

• Execute our retail strategy across store and unattended retail environments (including vending), bringing initiatives to life on the ground
• Lead site mobilisations and implement “perfect store” principles to enhance the customer experience
• Coach and train site teams, helping them develop retail excellence capabilities and embedding best practices
• Deliver operational support to ensure consistency across pricing, product availability, merchandising, and profit protection
• Develop and conduct site audits to monitor performance and identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
• Analyse performance data and KPIs, providing insights that drive smarter retail decisions
• Partner with stakeholders across commercial, supply chain, and operations to support seamless execution and continuous improvement
• Champion the customer voice (VOC) by assessing and providing feedback on in-store experiences

About You:

• Preferred 3–5 years’ experience in retail, hospitality, or service operations
• You understand the mechanics of retail execution, including promotions, merchandising, stocktake, and customer engagement
• You’re a strong communicator and coach, able to motivate teams and influence across levels
• You enjoy being hands-on in the field and can confidently juggle strategic priorities with day-to-day operational needs
• You bring a data-informed mindset and know how to turn performance insights into action
• Experience working on cross-functional projects or retail initiatives is a plus
