Compass Group is seeking a confident and self-driven Bar & Retail Attendant to manage the day-to-day operations of our bar and retail outlet at the Wheatstone site in Onslow. This is a solo role, ideal for someone with strong customer service skills and the ability to work independently. Operating on a 2:2 roster, you’ll be responsible for stock control, financial reconciliation, and maintaining a welcoming and well-organized environment for site personnel.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service in both bar and retail settings.
• Independently manage daily operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Order, receive, and rotate stock to maintain inventory accuracy and freshness.
• Operate POS systems and perform EFTPOS financial reconciliations.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and retail areas.
• Restock and maintain vending machines 
• Use TASK system for transactions and reporting (preferred but not essential).
• Monitor stock levels and provide regular reports on sales and inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and responsible service of alcohol standards.
• Perform basic reporting and administrative tasks using intermediate computer skills.

Skills and Qualifications:

• RSA
• Approved Managers - Strongly desired 
• Previous experience in bar and retail operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to self-manage and work independently.
• Experience in stock ordering, rotation, and inventory control.
• Intermediate computer skills; familiarity with TASK system is a plus.
• Valid Australian driver’s license.
• Experience with vending machine stocking and EFTPOS reconciliation (preferred).
