Cleaning Supervisor

• Full Time Role – Monday to Friday (no weekends or public holidays)
• Work close to home – Robertson Barracks location
• Excellent training and on-boarding

LEAP is a Defence project for the supply and operation of living-in accommodation for single members of the Australian Defence Force. Our team provides essential facility management services across these sites. In conjunction with LEAP, DeltaFM has the expertise, experience and support to provide exceptional facilities management services. Our end-to-end facilities management and project management services ensure that infrastructure is put in place smoothly and efficiently.

The Position

• Full Time Role - Monday to Friday Roster
• No public holidays – No Weekends!
• On Call component (one week in 5 weeks -emergencies only)
• Excellent training and on-boarding
• Free On-Site Parking – Own vehicle required as no public transport access
• Long term contract over 10 years
• Managing a dynamic team to provide encouraging guidance and success in their work  
• Developing rosters of scheduled and reactive cleaning requirements.
• Manage front of house office requirements for accommodation bookings and general enquiries.
• Strong view in support of Job Safety Analysis and well-being
• Encourage team commitment and motivation
• Maintain up to date cleaning processes and procedures, and assist in review of process and procedures

The Person

• The ability to work autonomously and successfully manage a small team
• Previous housekeeping management experience  
• Must be an Australian Citizen 
• Able to pass a police clearance 
• Functional Medical with Drug and Alcohol test
