The Position

• Provide high quality hospitality services
• Food preparation assistance & meal service
• Ensuring buffet areas are kept refreshed, stocked, clean & tidy
• Ensuring to follow all health and safety procedures when carrying out all tasks 
• Assist with general kitchen duties under the direction of the Site Manager
• Maintain cleanliness and provide a warm, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers

The Person

• Ability to take direction
• Polite & well-mannered that is able to work independently
• Great team player! This is great team of people with great energy and desire to do a great job!
• Exceptional personal presentation – this role will be in the eye of our customer, and you will be the face of the company to our customers
• You love working in a busy and fast paced environment
• Ideally you will have at least 1 year in a hospitality role within a restaurant/cafe environment.
