The Position

• Washing and cleaning dishes
• Food Preparation
• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen and service area
• Adhere to our high standards of food safety
• Monitor stock and minimise wastage
• Fast-paced environment
• Must be able to work Thursday night at least on regular basis
• RSA is compulsory
• Provide great customer service 
• Catering or cafe experience appreciated

The Person

• Current Blue Card or ability to obtain
• Need to be able to start work at 6.00am, so personal transportation is needed
• Previous experience in dishwashing is preferred, but not essential
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team, as well as independently
• Positive attitude is everything
