Our Lounge teams work in some of the world’s most renowned airport lounges across Australia, providing first class hospitality to travellers looking for a touch of luxury. The roles will see you interacting with local and international guests, and no two days will ever be the same.

This key role in our business will see you working in close partnership with our client to provide operational leadership on a national level.  You will be delivering sustainable results by exceeding customer and client expectations. This role will encompass operational and commercial management, organic growth development and strategic alignment for this large contract within the Airlines Sector.

Key Duties:

  • Be a “hands on” leader, ensuring the smooth functional flow of our venues
  • Effectively manage the cost of goods and implement stock control systems within the workplace
  • Monthly financial & budgetary reporting identify opportunities to streamline business needs
  • Ensure effective development and utilisation of professional knowledge and skills are shared across the team
  • Lead, motivate and develop your team to be “the best they can be”
  • Maintain exceptional customer service and exceed client expectations
  • Actively develop and execute strategies to reduce labour turnover
  • Continue to build, develop and enhance client relationship

The Candidate:

  • Must have a strong Executive Chef background to understand the importance of food behind this role
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to manage a budget
  • Excellent communication and personal skills, evidence of building successful business relationships at senior executive level
  • Strong and decisive leadership skills with ability to build effective, engaged, and motivated teams
  • In depth understanding of Occupational Health, Safety and Environment
  • Hospitality or Business qualifications well regarded
  • National Police Clearance mandatory
