Our ambassadors key focus is to ensure our clients and guests enjoy a remarkable experience; anticipating their needs – even before they do, saving precious time and enhancing the guest experience.
With our business expanding in our premium guest services sector Rapport, we are excited take over a new location in Melbourne CBD, commencing mid-July!
Due to this we are on the lookout for guest service extraordinaries. Full time positions available: Reception Manager, Corporate Receptionist and two Concierge positions.
These positions offer full-time hours, Monday to Friday, on a rotating roster between 8:00am and 6:00pm. This is an opportunity to showcase your premium expertise and passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences. Apply now!
Reception Manager: Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a small high-performing guest services team
- Manage office audits, floor plans, and space utilisation projects
- Drive improvements in operational performance and service delivery
- Oversee client-facing tasks: calls, project tracking, SLA-based responses
- Handle escalations and ensure timely issue resolution
- Coordinate office events, power-downs, and major initiatives
- Uphold and exceed client KPIs and service levels
Corporate Receptionist: Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver a warm, professional first impression to all guests and clients
- Maintain pristine presentation of reception and meeting spaces
- Manage meeting room bookings and provide timely updates
- Handle email, phone, and intranet enquiries efficiently
- Support diary management, mail distribution, and admin tasks
- Provide front and back-of-house operational support as needed
Concierge – Key Responsibilities:
- Manage visitor check-in, passes, and access in line with security protocols
- Ensure a polished and premium reception environment
- Act as a key point of contact for all guest-related queries
- Assist the Reception Manager with compliance, training, and reporting
- Build strong relationships with clients and act on feedback proactively
You will bring:
- Professional, polished, and confident dealing with senior executives
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong customer focus
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in high-profile corporate or media environments
- Proven leadership and team management (Reception Manager only)
- Exceptional account management experience with C-suite stakeholders
