We’re seeking an experienced and visionary leader to step into the role of General Manager – Customer Experience on a 10-month maternity leave contract. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity with responsibility for a diverse and high-impact portfolio, including Tastelife, Community Experience (GUESST), Customer Experience (Voice of Customer), and Facility Design (Wellness by Design).

The Role

  • Lead customer-facing innovation and implementation across the business.
  • Translate customer insights into impactful wellbeing and experience solutions.
  • Develop and implement cost models that deliver clear value.
  • Oversee design output for Wellness by Design and commercialise offerings.
  • Provide internal and external consulting where required.
  • Support strategic planning and sustainable growth across sectors.
  • Inspire and lead a high-performing team to deliver exceptional outcomes.
  • Shape and share future-focused insights and industry trends.
  • Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

The Person

  • 10+ years of senior leadership experience in a relevant industry.
  • Strong commercial acumen and a proven ability to drive results.
  • A relevant qualification (e.g., business, management, community development).
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects.
  • A collaborative, confident, and solutions-focused mindset.
