THE POSITION

• A Full Time role with one weekend day on a usual roster, overtime hours available when functions and events are on
• Fast paced buffet environment for 200 breakfast lunch & dinner 7 days a week
• Looking for a chef with previous large capacity cooking
• Ideally a person that has previous experience in education or corporate catering.
• Adhere to hygiene standards and following proper food handling practices
• Deliver healthy choices and guidance to the future generation

THE PERSON

• Minimum certificate III in commercial cookery 
• Current Police Check, or ability to obtain
• Experience with cooking in bulk quantities
• Strong understanding of allergen management and food safety
• Passionate about healthy and nutritious food
