ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

Due to anticipated growth in our Secure Energy Joint Venture Project, a new site will be opening in June. This site will be in Dinawan, NSW.

The Position

• Chefs - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $90,000
• Kitchenhands - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $71,774
• Housekeepers - 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $71,774
• Bar/ Allrounder – 14 days on 7 days off, yearly salary $71,774

The Person

• Team players with the ability to multi-task in busy environments
• Admins Cert 3 Business or equivalent
• Chefs to have bulk cooking experience + Cert 3 Commercial Cookery
• Ability to work long shifts (10-hour days) in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in food service/preparation & kitchen hand work, or;
• Experience in Bar/retail, housekeeping or cleaning.
• Drive in, drive out opportunities for locals from Wagga, Albury & surrounds.
• Fly in, fly out opportunities from Sydney or Melbourne for Chefs only.
• White Card highly desired
• All applicants must be able to provide Passport or Birth Certificate + Photo ID
