We’re seeking Expressions of Interest from team members interested in stepping into a Team Leader role supporting our Source of Wealth customer outreach activities, reporting to the Head of Customer Due Diligence.
This is a new initiative, offering a unique opportunity to be part of shaping how we deliver Source of Wealth processes with a strong hospitality and customer experience focus.
You’ll help build new ways of working, coach a growing team, and contribute to designing processes that deliver real value for customers while meeting regulatory expectations.
This role is ideal for those who:

We want to be as available for our customers as possible face to face, and these roles will be based at each of our properties, with some working hours to be in line with main customer contact periods (weekends and evenings)
