The Hotel Guest Service Agent, reporting to the Front Office Manager, delivers outstanding service to our guests during check in, check out and throughout the entire duration of their stay. You will be pivotal in managing all guests' requests, maintaining guest accounts and performing daily tasks in line with shift checklists.
