Job Description:
The Web Support Coordinator is the front-line person for supporting and training web partners and marketing strategists in managing web content, user experience, brand standards and compliance for University websites. This position also facilitates website changes, moves, enhancements and maintenance of University websites as well as user management in the University’s web content management system and other website third-party applications.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/experience/licensing:
· Bachelor’s degree.
· 1-3 years of experience supporting websites within a fast-paced environment.
· 1-3 years of experience providing customer service support in web and technology.
· Working knowledge of HTML preferred.
· Working knowledge of web content management systems preferred.
· Excellent interpersonal client service and negotiating skills.
· Resourceful self-starter who can work independently and translate feedback and direction into successful solutions in a timely manner.
· Ability to execute and manage numerous jobs concurrently, work independently and in teams, and manage projects from start to completion with minimal instruction.
