Job Description:
The Systems Support Analyst will support UTMC’s heartstation in how it manages the various applications that are used with non-invasive testing. Systems Support Analyst will apply their skills as a seasoned, experienced database and system professional to diagnose and address issues of moderate to high complexity. They will recommend and implement changes to systems/application to ensure operational efficiency and future goals. The Systems Support Analyst will develop, deliver, and maintain template libraries, standard queries and on demand or custom reports within the various applications.
The role requires a cross-functional and high-level oversight of enhancements to existing and new functionality. The Systems Support Analyst will create new initiatives that support the overall enrollment goals of the hospitals non-invasive heart program.
Minimum Qualifications:
Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Systems Management, or Information Technology.
• Preferred experience with EPIC Cupid, CCI, CCW, Paceart, MUSE, and Xerleris
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external constituents.
• Proven ability to organize, manage and meet goals/project deliverables.
• Demonstrated testing and test planning skills.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly, negotiate, listen, mitigate conflict, build alliances, and achieve desired results using strong interpersonal and diplomatic skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate technical details to non-technical staff in an understandable way.
