Summary of Position:

Lead a lab at least twice a week for ISIN 306. A student worker is needed to help facilitate a lab for the Information Security and Intelligence (ISIN) courses. In the past, we have employed a student worker to support an optional lab for ISIN 306. This additional support has significantly reduced the number of students receiving D, F, or W grades by providing tutoring and technical assistance not otherwise available.

 
Position Requirements:

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to adapt to various learning styles.

 

Student must have demonstrated mastery of ISIN 306 outcomes, which include being able to:

  • Develop secure programming/scripting and problem-solving skills by designing and coding Python programs.
  • Understand the layers and responsibilities of web application architecture components.
Understand and apply the fundamentals of data persistence such as XML, JSON, and SQLite databases.
 
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Conduct and lead an optional lab for ISIN 306 each week during the semester.
