The Clerical General Level I position will consist of office work and will allow you to expand your knowledge in Microsoft programs and other general office duties.

| Position Requirements: |
The candidate should have a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel and portray positive polite communication to office visitors. Additionally, the candidate is expected to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and discretion while working independently and collaboratively in a dynamic academic environment.

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: |
Answering phones, Data Entry, and assist secretaries and academic advisors with clerical duties and projects. May need to assist the Dean's office from time to time. |
