This position provides support and leadership to increase students' out-of-class learning experiences and encourage student engagement and belonging. This includes coordinating the creation and implementation of strategic leadership training programs, developing co-curricular student leadership opportunities, intercultural programs, student engagement programs, supporting the leadership within student clubs and organizations, volunteer opportunities, and other engagement opportunities that support student success, retention, and persistence. This position will require travel to all campus locations. Develop a year-long calendar of programs and services that aid in the growth, persistence, and retention of underrepresented student populations and foster intercultural awareness and cross-cultural interaction among students, faculty, and staff. Develops campus-wide partnerships with departments and organizations to support intersectional programming as well as identity-conscious leadership development and student engagement. Develop and provide an inclusive marketing/branding presence that reflects campus leadership and engagement opportunities in conjunction with college policy and procedure.
