The Academic Scheduling Analyst manages the coordination of all academic and classroom scheduling processes handled by the Office of the Registrar, including but not limited to, scheduling of all general assignment classrooms, intake of all departmental and college course schedules for fall, spring, and summer semesters, communication with faculty, staff, and student organizations across campus about scheduling processes and procedures. The incumbent interprets and applies University policies related to classroom assignments and collaborates with the Provost’s Office to enforce state statutes for textbook compliance by ensuring compliance with the 45-day processing freeze. The incumbent troubleshoots and finds solutions for complex issues relating to classroom scheduling and reservations and communicates empathetically with customers throughout the process. |
