Job Summary: |
This is an administrative and confidential position that manages the day-to-day functions of the office in the School of Education. This position is responsible for managing all office operations and administrative duties assigned by the Dean. Responsibilities include purchasing supplies and equipment, responding to inquiries from the community, the university, and prospective students, creating internal ITS and Facilities tickets for equipment and building issues, and providing academic support for undergraduate and graduate students and programs. |

Minimum Qualifications: |
A high school diploma and two years of relevant experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. |
Position Qualifications: |
Knowledge of office management and public relations skills, with the ability to work harmoniously, flexibly, and understand others. Strong time management skills are essential for planning and prioritizing work assignments. Proficiency in personal computer skills, including Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access), and Google applications (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar). Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as data entry abilities, are essential. |
