Job Summary: | The Assistant Director of High-Impact Practices (HIPs) & Community Engagement is responsible for managing key aspects of the university’s community engagement and HIP programs. This role includes overseeing the university’s community engagement reporting process, facilitating key committees and meetings related to HIPs/community engagement, administering the HIP grant process, and providing career-related coaching for students and alumni. Additionally, the Assistant Director will support performance-based funding metrics related to HIPs, assist in streamlining university internship efforts, and manage various administrative, budgetary, and technology-related tasks in support of HIP and community engagement efforts. |
