Position Title (Classification Title):  Student Assistant - Game Day Operations/Marketing/Ticketing,
Working Title:  Athletic Student Assistant
Job Summary: Student employees are an extremely vital part of the Athletics department. Students work in a variety of roles including but not limited to Game operations, Marketing and Ticketing. Duties include but not limited to: facility set-up and clean-up, mopping, ushering, greetings, ticket scanning, ticket sales, in game promotions and ball retrievers. All staff helps ensure safety and security of participants and spectators at home events.

Minimum Qualifications:

Applicants must be a student enrolled for credit. Applicants may be a student at UWF or any other college, university or high school. A student enrolled at an institution other than UWF must provide proof of attendance by submitting a registration/fee payment receipt from the school they will attend.

Available to work all home football games in the Fall of 2023. ( Sept. 1st, Sept. 23rd, Oct. 7th, Oct. 28th, Nov. 11th)
Preferred Qualifications - Must display tactfulness in dealing with the public and be able to do so without supervision.
- Dependable and ability to follow-through with tasks.
- Must be able to handle emergency situations comfortably
- Must show commitment to the job and an understanding of the job responsibilities
- Possess and display attention to detail in his or her day-to-day work.
- A driver license is required to drive departmental golf carts and van for on campus errands.
- Flexibility and problem solving ability
- Have a desire to learn through a challenging hands-on experience
- Must be upbeat, motivated, and able to work as a team and possess good customer services skills.

Salary Range $11.00
