Position Title (Classification Title):  Coordinator
Working Title:  Project Coordinator
Job Summary: Coordinate, plan, manage and support the National Cybersecurity Workforce Development program. Functions include planning, promoting and managing program activities and courses, managing program data and enrollment, reporting, and supporting the Center and program team related to program initiatives. Serve as liaison to stakeholders and partners, including the Centers of Academic Excellence (CAE) Program Office, higher education and industry partners, UWF units and external vendors as needed to support program activities. Manage course recruitment, application, selection and data collection. Assist the Director and program evaluator in collecting, managing and analyzing data, reporting program outcomes and progress towards meeting program goals. Plan and coordinate program activities and courses to achieve program objectives, including planning and coordinating courses and meetings, and updating program website. Coordinate project overlap with the Cybersecurity for All® program and related Center initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or a bachelors degree in an appropriate area of specialization and two years of appropriate experience.
Position Qualifications: Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of appropriate experience. Strong project management skills, and oral and written communication skills. Ability to manage and coordinate complex projects, stay organized and complete tasks in a timely manner. Strong data collection, analysis and reporting skills, and use of appropriate survey and database tools to support these tasks. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft, Google, database, survey and web site content management tools.
Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization; or bachelor’s degree in an appropriate area of specialization and 2 years of appropriate experience. Strong track record in managing complex programs with multiple activities and teams. Ability to excel in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment. Strong, demonstrable experience in data management, analysis and reporting, and related tools. Working knowledge of university policies and procedures. Excellent customer service. Website content management experience. Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar certification.
Essential Functions / Job Duties:
  • 40% - Plan, coordinate, manage and support the National CAE-C Cybersecurity Workforce Development program. Functions include planning, promoting and managing program activities and courses, managing program data, reporting, and supporting the Center and program team related to program initiatives. Coordinate project overlap with the Cybersecurity for All program and related Center initiatives. - (Essential)
  • 30% - Manage course recruitment, application, selection and data collection. Assist the Director and program evaluator in collecting, managing and analyzing data, reporting program outcomes and progress towards meeting program goals. Plan and coordinate program activities and courses to achieve program objectives, including planning and coordinating courses and meetings, and updating program website. Develop reporting instruments for the collection and analysis of appropriate data on the workforce development program outcomes and goals. - (Essential)
  • 20% - Serve as liaison to stakeholders and partners, including the CAE Program Office, Coalition members, industry partners, UWF units and external vendors for services and materials as needed to support program activities. - (Essential)
  • 10% - Develop and facilitate ongoing training and skills improvement for self and student assistants. Oversee student and OPS personnel. Serve as a professional member of the Center staff, attend program and general staff meetings, recommend changes and improvements. Other duties assigned that support the Center’s mission and goals. - (Essential)
