About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Law Graduate/Solicitor to join our high-performing Insurance litigation team in our Perth office. Ideally, you will be a recent law graduate, newly admitted or have up to 2 years’ post qualification experience with a strong interest in insurance litigation and health law.
This role will see you working on a wide variety of professional indemnity and health law matters (including medical negligence claims and disciplinary proceedings) within a highly collaborative and supportive team. In return, the role will provide the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to work alongside two of our highly regarded Principals, whilst receiving mentorship to support their career advancement based on proven performance.

- Ability to work collaboratively with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy

Prior litigation and defendant insurance experience will be considered favourably, however candidates possessing outstanding technical skills and a preparedness to proactively develop an understanding of the Insurance and Health law framework are encouraged to apply.
