About the Role
This fantastic role is for a Graduate to join our growing Recoveries team in our Sydney or Melbourne office. Ideally, you will either be in your final year of law studies, newly admitted, or soon to be admitted into legal practice with a keen interest in Insurance Litigation.
This fast-paced role will see you managing a practice of litigated and unlitigated motor vehicle property damage recoveries and settlements matters under the supervision and guidance of our Recoveries Principals. In return, you will receive constant mentoring from Senior Lawyers and will form part of our wider Recoveries Team which boasts a collegiate, innovative and collaborative culture, making it the perfect environment for you to develop your advocacy skills, strategic-advice work, and practice management skills.
About You
We are interested in candidates who are motivated and interested to gain expertise and insight into a variety of practice areas. Ideally, you will have:
• A genuine interest in working in insurance law or litigation.
• Ability to work fast and meticulously with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skill
• Ability to work collaboratively with a strong sense of initiative and autonomy
• A great work ethic and be keen to learn and develop your career
• A hard working and dedicated approach to your practice
Education
• Completion or in last year of a recognised Law degree in Australia

• Demonstrates a can do attitude and a willingness to help others
• Innovative and alert to opportunities for continuous improvement and learning
• Contributes ideas, opinions and suggestion in team discussions
