We have structured the roles to be entry level positions and they are therefore a great opportunity for the successful candidates to gain 12 months of paid work experience in a world class environment and multiple F1 World Championship winning team.

Therefore these roles are ideal for anyone wanting a career change or looking for an opportunity to gain experience within F1.

We will be offering the following:

  • 12 months paid work experience
  • £27,000 annual salary
  • 36 days holiday (we work bank holidays)
  • Relevant on the job training that will allow applicants to build their transferable skills

We are looking for positive individuals who can work well in a team, and who have a good work ethic. A basic level of English and Math’s is also required, ideally GCSE L4 or above.

***Success in this role could lead to an apprenticeship with us***
