A temporary part time position commencing 27 January 2026 until 17 December 2026 (working 5 hours per day).

This role necessitates a commitment to uphold the mission and objectives of the Catholic School, anchored by the core values of Integrity, Justice, Hope, and Compassion.

ESSENTIAL SELECTION CRITERIA/KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

Include but are not limited to the following:

• Ability to provide First Aid student management & administrative support.
• Management of First Aid for students in sick bay & maintaining sick bay equipment.
• Management of excursion resources and communication with supervising staff.
• Provide student support via the student services counter.
• Hold a current First Aid Qualification HLTAID011 or higher.
• Ability to work with limited supervision.

DESIRABLE SELECTION CRITERIA 

• Previous experience in similar primary school/education settings.
• Familiarity with Tech One, Compass systems and Google platforms (google doc. spreadsheets, slides and google forms)

GENERAL CAPABILITIES

• Technical competence in relevant technologies.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Undertake the provision of first aid and administration of medications for students as required.
• Liaise with parents, visitors, school staff.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS 

• Requires knowledge and training equivalent to completion of certificate III, or completion of year 12 or completion of certificate II, with relevant work experience.
• Certificate II in Office Procedures or related study/experience.
• Demonstrated previous experience in a school office environment or similar. 

WORKING WITH CHILDREN CLEARANCE

This role is classified as a child related work and therefore a working with children clearance is required prior to your commencement with us.
