Position Description

Job Overview

As a member of the Financial Aid & Scholarships Office in Enrollment Management Services (EMS), the Financial Aid Analyst reviews, analyzes and revises federal and state financial aid application data. Candidates must be able to interpret complex federal and state regulations to determine accurate award amounts and resolve discrepancies. 

Position Summary

Financial Aid Analyst (Administrative Analyst/Specialist Non-Exempt)

This is a part-time, temporary, non-exempt position that expires one year from the date of hire. Reappointment to this position is dependent upon the individual's performance as well as administrative and budgetary considerations. The university reserves the right to terminate this appointment earlier than the scheduled expiration date.

Pay, Benefits, and Work Schedule

Anticipated Hiring Salary Range: $27.69 - $28.80 per hour (step 1 - step 3)

CSU Classification Salary Range: $27.69 - $40.34 per hour

Salary is commensurate with the background and experience of the individual selected.
