This is a busy office setting requiring the ability to be flexible, often working on multiple projects. Additionally, the incumbent may coordinate between other departments and Human Resources Services, assisting with personnel functions including, but not limited to, recruiting, on-boarding, separations, and training. Incumbent is responsible for the full scope of assigned project activities including independent initiation, execution, coordination, implementation, and evaluation, and may at times be accountable for the work of other support staff. The Business and Finance Division is large and complex consisting of an executive management team of the Vice President and four Associate/Assistant Vice President(s) including Financial Services, Procurement and Distribution Services, Facilities Management and Services and Staff Human Resources Services, and Directors.
