Assistant Vice President for Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation, Student Affairs San Marcos
Under the general supervision of the Vice President for Student Affairs at California State University San Marcos (CSUSM), and in consultation with the Provost and Vice President for Finance and Administrative Services, the Assistant Vice President for Title IX and Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation (Assistant Vice President or AVP) will be the senior administrator appointed by the campus president to coordinate compliance with Title IX; VAWA/Campus SaVE Act; and other state and federal laws prohibiting Discrimination, Harassment and Retaliation.
