Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Veterans Services, the Veterans Affairs Coordinator will help coordinate the distribution, acceptance, and processing of applications for five different veteran’s benefits programs for approximately 1900 students, including approximately 1000 California Department of Veterans Affairs College Fee Waiver Program for Veterans’ Dependents.
Associate Chief Enrollment Officer, Enrollment Management Services San Marcos
The Associate Chief Enrollment Officer (ACEO) oversees admissions, recruitment, financial aid, registrar services, and enrollment operations at CSUSM, reporting to the Chief Enrollment Officer and directing departmental leaders.
Facilities Control Specialist (2 Positions), Energy Management and Utility Services San Marcos
Installs, operates, maintains, and repairs complex HVAC, refrigeration, and building automation systems, including software-controlled components, ensuring code compliance and independent system management under varied schedules.
Director of Enterprise Systems, Instructional and Information Technology Services San Marcos
Provides strategic leadership and oversight of the university’s enterprise systems and technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, stable operations while guiding long-term IT vision and collaboration in support of the university’s mission.
