Job Overview
Under general direction of the Associate Registrar of Enrollment Management Services, the Quality Service Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and support of customer inquiries in Cougar Central. In consultation with the Quality Service Representative Lead in EMS, the incumbent will coordinate and support customer service initiatives to inform, aid and guide prospective students, new students, current students, alumni, faculty, staff, and external partners.
Incumbent will also be responsible for overseeing student staff in Enrollment Management Services. In this capacity, the incumbent will assist the Associate Registrar in organizing daily workloads, scheduling, training, mentoring and directing student staff. Daily functions include answering phones, responding to emails, and assisting with general support duties of Admissions and Records. The incumbent will utilize the knowledge gained from this role to help inform EMS management of trends and concerns. Incumbent will also help generate and organize daily, weekly and monthly reports to assess workload and rearrange department priorities as necessary.

This is a full time, non-exempt position, which will lead toward permanent status following the successful completion of a probationary period.

Anticipated Hiring Salary Amount: $3,864 per month
CSU Classification Salary Range: $3,864 - $6,072 per month
