JOB SUMMARY:

This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to learn how digital products are built and scaled in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will work closely with product managers, designers, engineers, and stakeholders to help shape solutions that improve Guest and Team Member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Interns will learn to translate user needs into actionable product requirements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to product discovery through user research and feedback analysis. They'll gain experience in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and team ceremonies, while developing skills in measuring product success using KPIs. The internship also builds confidence in communicating product ideas and understanding how digital solutions enhance Guest and Team Member experiences.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Define product features and collaborate with UX/UI teams to shape user experiences.
• Write user stories and manage product backlogs to support Agile delivery.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional development teams.
• Validate product functionality and ensure alignment with business needs.
• Measure product success and contribute to future planning.
• Develop and manage product roadmaps and release plans.
• Identify opportunities for experience improvements through research and analysis.
• Align product strategy with overall business goals and transformation initiatives.
• Support Environmental, Health & Safety policies and perform other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: 

• In pursuit of an Associate, Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
• Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required. 
• A transcript is required upon application.

PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:

• Preferred majors include: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Technology, Hospitality, Design, or a related field.
• Preferred coursework completed: Strong interest in digital product development and user-centered design.
• Passion for creating meaningful experiences for users.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies is a plus.

• This internship will be an in-person experience, based in our Orlando offices.
• Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university, and must have a graduation date later than August 2026.
• Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
• All of our internships are paid, and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
