JOB SUMMARY:
This role will be accountable for driving the strategic direction of the New Ventures Division by leading the integration, optimization, and seamless connectivity of talent management systems—including ATS, LMS, HCM, timekeeping and performance management tools, in direct partnership with UDX HR Technology, NBCU HR Operations and D&T. This role will also shape and deliver the operational foundations and data inputs needed to build a scalable, future-ready HR technology ecosystem. By aligning core talent systems, this role will enable innovation, improve operational efficiency, and ensure the successful execution of enterprise-wide talent strategies.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and align the operational planning and execution for New Ventures talent technology projects, positioning timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet key operational milestones. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure all operating inputs are strategically supported and delivered with precision, ensuring the successful launch and long-term sustainability of the project stand up.
- Align with UDX, Federal and State law requirements to drive accurate architecture of the work rules and pay practices across the various New Ventures Project locations. Working closely with the HRBP Team, Legal and Operations to ensure the laws and requirements are properly accounted for in the design and system integrations.
- Ensure compliance with UDX standards and federal and state labor laws by driving the accurate design and architecture of work rules and pay practices across all New Ventures project locations. Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, Legal, and Operations teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are fully integrated into system configurations and workflows, enabling compliant, consistent, and scalable talent operations.
- Serve as a strategic liaison between Operations, Total Rewards, and HR Operations to ensure alignment and consistency in business structure, job codes, compensation frameworks, and naming conventions across NBCU, UDX, and New Ventures initiatives. Drive standardization efforts to support seamless integration, data integrity, and operational continuity across all platforms and organizational entities. Develop business structure framework for new business segments within the New Ventures portfolios.
- Develop and maintain standardized project documentation, including templates and SOPs, to support the efficient and repeatable implementation of HR technology across New Ventures projects. Drive consistency, reduce redundancies, and enable scalable system stand-ups from project to project.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.

EDUCATION:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
EXPERIENCE:
- 5+ years equivalent work experience in a large-scale fast paced HR environment required.
- Experience preferred in HR technology systems, project management, business analysis, and /or equivalent combination of education and experience.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
- Extensive experience in HR Operations with a proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects from planning through execution. Demonstrated ability to deliver results on time and within scope, while navigating dynamic business environments and aligning stakeholders around shared goals.
- Deep understanding of HR best practices, including organizational structure, Team Member lifecycle management, work rules, Federal & State pay practices and benefits.
- Proficiency in HR systems (e.g., SAP, UKG) and data reporting.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team skills, ability to communicate well with individuals, and in group settings, ability to communicate with diverse population and people from various backgrounds
- Deep understanding of end-to-end HR processes and the interdependencies across cross-functional teams, with the ability to anticipate downstream impacts and ensure seamless collaboration between HR, IT, Legal, Finance, and Operations.
- Elevated written and verbal communication, ability to prepare reports and make presentations to various groups
- Effective decision-making skills and ability to use professional judgment
- Exceptional attention to detail and a strong ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
