JOB SUMMARY:

This role will lead the feasibility analysis, development and execution of innovative hiring and workforce planning initiatives for the International and New Ventures divisions. This role is responsible for aligning talent acquisition strategies with long-term business goals, ensuring the organization attracts, hires, and retains top talent across all functions.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Leads the development, planning, and execution of comprehensive talent acquisition strategies for the International and New Ventures Divisions. This includes proactive talent forecasting, strategic pipelining, and effective resource and relationship management. Drives internal mobility initiatives that seamlessly channel talent through New Ventures and across UDX destinations worldwide, ensuring a dynamic and future-ready workforce
  • Acts as a strategic recruiting leader and partner to business and HR teams, leading pre-opening hiring efforts, facilitating interviews and offers, and building talent pipelines through events and partnerships with local universities and community organizations. Ensure alignment with UDX standardization in documenting end-to-end recruitment processes. This includes templates, toolkits, and resource aids that promote consistency, efficiency, and scalability across hiring initiatives.
  • Ensure strategic allocation of recruiting resources to support high-priority business initiatives, while building scalable sourcing capabilities to meet evolving talent demands. Oversee the administration and brand alignment of the applicant tracking system (ATS) and lead the ongoing development and sustainment of New Ventures career sites.
  • Oversee the development and management of talent acquisition reporting and requisition dashboards, delivering actionable insights to drive data-informed recruitment strategies. Ensure reporting tools are optimized for accuracy, visibility, and alignment with business priorities.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years talent acquisition / recruitment experience; 1+ year of supervisory experience required.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

  • Proven ability to develop and execute global talent acquisition strategies, including forecasting, pipelining, and internal mobility planning.
  • Strong understanding of workforce planning principles and how to align talent strategies with evolving business needs.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing recruitment infrastructure, including processes, templates, and scalable toolkits.
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) administration and optimization (e.g., Page Up, SmartRecruiters)
  • Strong ability to partner with senior business leaders and HR teams to influence and align on talent priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights and strategies to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to assess and implement scalable hiring models and internal mobility frameworks.
