JOB SUMMARY:

Transporting costuming garments, shoes/feet, fabrics, tools, fixtures, boxes, and accessories to/from park venue/greenroom locations, Entertainment warehouse, Costume Fabrication, and Make-up labs.  Pick up of repairs and at the end of the day.  Other duties include presetting supplies and assisting Makeup artists with make–up, prosthetic, mask applications retrieval.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides transportation, in a timely manner, of costumes/ Make up supplies- masks, and wigs by driving a golf cart, mini-van, cargo van, or box truck, in any traffic situation, to park/venues/ greenrooms/dressing/ Make up zone locations.  Other runs may include delivery/pickup to/from Fabrication, the Entertainment warehouse and other locations as assigned.
  • Responsible for carrying large costume pieces, mask, wigs, bins, boxes, supplies, airbrush make up along with all make up zones and venue supplies. Cut, and distribute to zones proper airbrush make-up needs.
  • Maintain, collect and restock documentation for daily tasks, supply list, purchasing list, zone/venue concerns, DSR’s and vehicle maintenance, including keeping track of fuel
  • Assist costuming with laundry and or Costume runs for various characters in various locations.  Assist with multiple costumes on hangers or in garment bags, pushing and navigating costume racks, bins, and boxed costumes according to safety guidelines.
  • Interact with Make-up/ Costuming management, Coordinators, Leads, and makeup technicians/costuming team members to ensure needs are met.
  • Understands and actively participates in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION: 

  • High school degree or GED.

EXPERIENCE: 

  • 1-3 Years: Working with the public.
  • Previous experience handling makeup/prosthetics preferred.
  • Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Clean driving record.
