Why Your Role Matters:
The Project Manager leads projects within the current stage of the Research Data Experience (RDE) Program, a multi-year initiative transforming how researchers store, manage and access research data throughout the research lifecycle.
Working closely with researchers, professional staff and technology teams, you'll co-design solutions, build capability and improve research data services that make a real difference to the researcher experience.
You'll join a team that values curiosity, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement, where success comes from listening to researchers, building trusted partnerships across the University and influencing stakeholders to deliver meaningful change.

You'll bring:
- Experience leading strategic programs or projects in research data, with the ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, navigate interdependencies and deliver outcomes aligned to institutional priorities.
- Specialised expertise in research data governance, policy development, legislative and funder compliance, and institutional research data frameworks.
- Strong knowledge of research data management best practice, compliance requirements, and relevant national and institutional frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management strategies that support adoption of new processes, systems and governance frameworks.
- Excellent consultation, negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to build consensus across a large, matrixed environment.
Advanced written communication skills, including experience drafting policies, principles, procedures and related documentation.
