Since 1959 Unisearch has been a leading provider of Expert Opinion and Consulting services to professional and industry markets in Australia. Drawing on the expertise of academics from UNSW, other leading universities and independent consultancies, Unisearch offers commercial and technical consulting contracts over a broad range of disciplines from product and materials testing to Australian Standards, and reviews of policies and procedures in specific industry sectors, through to analysis of equipment failure.

The Project Administrator will provide administrative support for the Client Relationship Consultants, to ensure efficient management of new and on-going projects. This role reports into Operations Manager, Unisearch and has no direct reports.

Skills and Experience Required
You possess well-developed organisational, administrative, and analytical skills, with a proven track record in accurately and efficiently preparing and editing technical or legal documents. Experience in legal, medical, or recruitment environments is ideal.
You also have excellent customer service skills with attention to detail, particularly working under pressure and managing high-volume workloads.
You work well both independently and as part of a team, and are proficient in office systems, including advanced Microsoft Word, email, CRM, with experience in quoting and invoicing processes. Top of Form
