The Web Producer plays a key role within the Digital Experience team, driving the creation, migration, and distribution of engaging, high-quality web content and experiences for UNSW Research audiences.
This role focuses on reviewing, analysing, and consolidating new and existing content, as well as restructuring, migrating, and creating web pages to enhance engagement and performance in line with SEO and GEO best practices.
The position reports to the Web Lead and has no direct reports. This is a fixed-term role until November 2027.
We also have two open additional fixed-term (12-month) Web Technical Producer roles with similar responsibilities and skill sets.
Main responsibilities include:

Support the Web Lead on mid-large size digital experience and web migration projects collaborating in the development of wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps that deliver effective experiences as part of go-to-market strategies to build awareness and generate engagement

Collaborate with members of the Marketing & Digital Experience teams to build landing pages, optimise websites, journeys, and web and digital content for improved engagement and conversion
We are looking for someone who has great stakeholder management skills, who is aligned with UNSW’s vision and values and comes with:

Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) is essential. Experience with tools such as Wrike, SEMrush, Siteimprove, and Figma is highly regarded

Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and working across multiple CMS platforms, particularly AEM and Adobe Journey Optimizer would be beneficial (not essential)
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, business hours. The job cannot be done fully remotely (two days a week on campus at this stage). The role is approved until November 2027.
Candidates will need to have full working rights – this role is not available for sponsorship.
