Why Your Role Matters
This role supports the delivery of training, documentation, and change initiatives across the Admissions, Scholarships, and Prior Learning & Assessment teams (approximately 60 people in total). It also plays a key role in onboarding new staff and building capability and consistency across practices.
Reporting to the Change and Training Team Leader, this position does not have direct reports. Key responsibilities include:

Collaborating with the Admissions Change and Training team to design, develop, and deliver training programs, including system updates, policy changes, and process improvements
You are a collaborative and proactive professional who enjoys problem-solving, thinking creatively, and challenging the status quo. You are comfortable working in an environment undergoing changes and are motivated by the opportunity to help shape and build this role. You will also bring:

Demonstrated experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, including facilitating workshops (essential)
This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role working Monday to Friday. Office attendance will vary depending on project requirements and may be up to 2 or 3 days per week at times. The position is full time permanent. You may also be required to work over the end of the year shutdown period and some key weekends during peak period.
