Maridulu Budyari Gumal, the Sydney Partnership for Health, Education, Research and Enterprise (SPHERE) is a collaborative entity bringing together 15 leading organisations with a shared goal: to change the future of healthcare.
The Administrative Officer for SPHERE is responsible for delivering confidential, high-quality administrative support to the SPHERE Executive team, including the Executive Director, Operations Manager, and, when required, the Chair of the SPHERE Council.
As the primary point of contact for the Executive Director, this role provides comprehensive support through effective diary and schedule management, coordination of meetings and events, handling of correspondence, and maintenance of document management systems. The position also supports the broader Executive team by preparing meeting minutes, assisting with event planning, and organising travel arrangements as needed.
The Administrative Officer reports to the Operations Manager, SPHERE, and has no direct reports.

You are highly proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in using and administering online systems and databases.
